Shipping & Returns
All of our products are hand-printed and take 2-7 days to be processed and shipped. Shipping times should be added on top of that. All products are shipped from within the U.S.
If your package has to be sent back to our company because it couldn't be delivered to your address (wrong address/failure to pick up from your post office etc), the cost of reshipping is the customer's responsibility.
If using PayPal, make sure your account's shipping address is correct before purchasing.
Shipping rates vary based on destination. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
STANDARD SHIPPING PRICES (IN USD)
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS and have a flat $6.00 shipping fee. After being processed, U.S. customers receive their orders within 3-5 business days.
All Canadian orders are shipped via USPS and have a flat $9.00 shipping fee. After being processed, Canadian customers receive their orders within 5-10 business days.
Rest of the World
All orders outside of the U.S. and Canada are shipped via USPS and have a flat $12.00 shipping fee. After being processed, international customers receive their orders within 10-20 business days.
Other Shipping Info
All U.S. orders receive tracking numbers. Canadian and international orders are not guaranteed tracking numbers. We are also not able to effectively track orders after they leave the U.S.
Priority Shipping (1-3 business days) is also available for $11. This shipping option is only available to U.S. orders. Remember: All orders take 2-7 business days to be printed and packaged. Shipping rates are then added after those initial steps.
Shipments outside of the U.S. may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Rebellious Black Soul does not take responsibility for possible fees.
Some packages may take considerably longer to arrive if your country has strict quarantine laws.
COUNTRIES WE DON'T DELIVER TO
Rebellious Black Soul does not ship to Cuba, Iran and North Korea. We ship everywhere else, but some countries in the Middle East, South America and Russia have much longer delivery times.
Because these items are made to order and we do not have them on hand, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on these items unless you have received the wrong item or it is damaged.
In the case of damaged/incorrect items please email email@example.com within 5 days with a photo included. The same product you ordered will be resent. No replacements based on size.
To avoid confusion, we advise you to read the full description of your product(s) and double check your shopping cart before completing your order.
NOTE: We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit when USPS verifies your package as delivered.
